The Red Room at The King’s

At The King’s Arms, we’re all about bringing people together, sharing good food and making an occasion of it.

From intimate wedding breakfasts and family lunches to baby showers, private suppers, meetings and wakes, the Red Room works beautifully for all sorts of gatherings. With its high ceilings and original Georgian features - including cornicing, ceiling roses and panelling - it’s full of character without feeling too formal.

The Red Room seats 20 guests comfortably around one large central dining table. It can also be arranged for a standing reception, allowing you to make the space your own for the occasion.

If you’re looking for somewhere your team can meet and stay, The King’s Arms is just the place. The Red Room has great Wi-Fi and a large flat-screen TV for presentations, while our six bedrooms and two cottages - with five additional bedrooms between them - mean everyone can settle in after the working day is done.

We offer a range of food options to complement your event, from grazing board platters and three course, sit down meals to a bespoke menu designed around you.
